The Mobile Sales Rep App for Shopify B2B.

Download from App Store and Google Play. Build orders, track commissions, and visit customers — all from one native app, even offline.

Agent on a 5-stop route, Tuscany — 8:42am.

The Field Report

There is a specific kind of friction every field rep knows by heart.

It happens at 6:14pm, in the parking lot of a mid-sized restaurant. The agent has just closed an order for 26 cases of wine. They have three more visits today. The order is on a wrinkled notebook page, one sleeve covered in flour from a hug with the chef, and it now needs to live inside a Shopify draft order — re-typed, line by line, by someone in the back-office at 9pm.

Multiply that by 12 agents, 600 weekly orders, 3% transcription error rates, and you get the real cost of a pre-mobile B2B operation: not the missing tablet, but the missing trust.

Soryk is the native iOS and Android app that removes the 6:14pm moment entirely. It lives on the App Store and Google Play. Your reps download it the same way they download Spotify. They sign in with a magic link, and the entire Shopify catalog is in their pocket.

Chapter I · The Morning Routine

06:48. The phone buzzes before the espresso machine.

Marco's day starts before he opens his eyes. A native push notification slides onto his lock screen: "New pricing — Chianti DOCG dropped 4%, valid until Friday." He taps it. The Soryk app opens, deep-linked straight to the affected SKU. He glances at it while the espresso pours.

By the time he's in the car at 07:30, the agenda is on screen: five visits today, three of them new, two repeats. Each card shows last order, outstanding balance, language preference, and the single product Marco should mention first based on his customer's purchase history. The map plots the route. The day is a list, not a guess.

This is what a sales rep app should do at 6:48am: nothing dramatic. Just take a piece of friction off the morning, three hundred and sixty-five times a year.

"Before Soryk, I planned my route in a Moleskine. Now my phone tells me where I'm going while the coffee brews."

Chapter II · On-site at the Customer

The cellar is two floors below street level. The app doesn't care.

Marco walks down to the wine cellar at Trattoria Borgo. Three floors below ground, no signal, no Wi-Fi, just brick and bottles. He opens Soryk. The catalog is already there — every SKU, every photo, every customer-specific price, cached from this morning's sync.

He browses with the chef. He builds a cart by tapping product cards. He adjusts quantities with a long-press. When the chef nods, Marco hands the phone over for a slide-to-confirm gesture — faster than typing a signature, more decisive than tapping a button.

The order is saved locally. A small banner says "will sync when online". Marco doesn't think about it again. By the time he's back in the car at street level, the order is already a Shopify draft, the chef has the confirmation in his email, and the back-office is notified. No re-typing. No 6:14pm parking-lot moment.

"I haven't typed a SKU code in seven months. I just search by name. Even underground."
Chapter III · The Quote & the Negotiation

Sixty seconds, from "let me think" to "in Shopify".

The owner at Hotel Castello wants to "think about it". In the old world, that's a 17-day round trip with PDF attachments, signature scans, and a follow-up phone call that never lands. In Soryk, it's a quote.

Marco saves the cart as a quote, taps "Send link", and chooses email or SMS. The customer receives a clean public page on the supplier's domain, branded and translated to their language. They tap accept. The quote becomes a Shopify draft order in one tap. Marco's phone buzzes with a native push: "Hotel Castello accepted Quote #Q-3104 — €4,830."

Nobody re-types a thing. Nobody loses a SKU code in handwriting. The back-office goes to bed at a reasonable hour for once. The buyer never had to print anything. That, more than anything, is why quotes convert in Soryk.

"What used to take 20 minutes per order — typing, double-checking, calling back — now takes 60 seconds."

Chapter IV · Commission Tracking

The agent sees what they earn. In real time.

Most B2B sales orgs run commissions in a fragile Excel sheet, opened by one accountant on the 5th of every month. Disputes are routine. Trust is an outcome, not a default.

Soryk's commission engine computes earnings live, per order, visible to the agent the moment Shopify marks the invoice paid. Pending totals at the top, paid history below, payout dates clearly listed. No spreadsheet, no end-of-month reveal, no dispute calls.

When a customer pays, the agent feels it. Native push: "€124 booked from order #1042." That's the difference between a job and a craft.

"For the first time in twelve years, my reps stopped asking me to send them the commission spreadsheet."

Onboarding

How agents install the app.

No IT ticket. No password reset email at month nine. Just five steps from invitation to first order.

1

Open the email

Shopify sends the agent a magic-link invitation from your store. They tap it on their phone.

2

Tap "Install"

The link routes to the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android — automatically, no choice required.

3

Download Soryk

Native install. Same flow as Spotify or WhatsApp. About 18 MB. Done in under a minute on 4G.

4

Sign in with magic link

No password. The same email link signs them in once. From here on, biometric login.

5

Done

Catalog syncs in the background. Agenda loads. The first order can be built within ten minutes of opening the email.

Why agents love Soryk

Five reasons reps switch — and stay switched.

01

Offline cellar mode

Tested at −2 floors below street level on iPhone 12. Works fine. Catalog, prices and customers are cached locally; sync resumes invisibly.

02

Native push

Real iOS and Android push for refunds, accepted quotes, pricing alerts and customer messages. Not browser pop-ups. Not email digests.

03

Eight-language UI

EN, IT, ES, FR, DE, NL, PL, PT — auto-switches to the agent's device language. The customer-facing quote page can be in any of the eight.

04

Slide-to-confirm

A two-finger gesture replaces the "are you sure?" modal. Faster than buttons. Deliberate enough to avoid a misclick.

05

Live commissions

Pending and paid totals visible the moment Shopify marks an invoice paid. Nobody emails the spreadsheet anymore.

Case study · Fashion B2B · Paris

Atelier·21: quotes that actually convert.

Atelier·21 is a Paris-based contemporary fashion house selling to 180 boutiques worldwide. Before Soryk, their commercial team sent quotes as PDF email attachments — buyers had to print, sign, scan, send back. Acceptance averaged 17 days; ~38% of quotes never came back at all.

Their Soryk migration started as a pure tooling swap. Two months in, the founder noticed something different: agents were now sending quotes directly from the iPhone app at the end of every showroom visit. Buyers tapped accept on a public link, and the quote converted into a Shopify draft order in seconds. The buyer journey collapsed from "open laptop" to "tap button".

Result: a 3.4× lift in quote acceptance rate within the first 90 days. Time-to-accept dropped from 17 days to 8. Quote-driven revenue added +€80,000 against a comparable previous quarter. Agents reported one extra showroom visit per day on average — an artifact of saving 20 minutes of post-visit admin per stop.

Pierre, the founder, is direct about why: "We didn't sell more because Soryk is fancier. We sold more because the buyer didn't have to print anything, and our agents stopped re-typing in the evening."

Coda · The Comparison

Mobile native vs paper vs Excel.

A field rep's day, run through three different tooling stacks.

Stack 1

Paper & WhatsApp

  • Notebook on the passenger seat
  • Photos of orders sent to back-office
  • ~3% transcription error rate
  • Commission spreadsheet on the 5th

Stack 2

Excel & desktop tools

  • Order built in evening, on a laptop
  • Versioned files with naming conflicts
  • Pricing rules buried in formulas
  • No offline catalog browsing
  • Quote = PDF attachment by email
  • Order-to-Shopify lag: 2–6 hours

FAQ

Twelve things sales managers ask before signing up.

How do agents install the app?+

Agents receive a magic-link email from Shopify, tap "Install", and download Soryk from the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android. They sign in with the same magic link — no password to remember. Setup takes under 60 seconds end-to-end.

Does it work without internet?+

Yes — offline-first by default. Catalog, customer-specific pricing, customer history and quotes are cached locally on first sign-in. Agents build orders in cellars, warehouses, and basements. The app syncs the moment connectivity returns, with no "save your work" prompts.

Can multiple agents use the same Shopify store?+

Yes. Each agent has their own role-based login, their own assigned customer book, and their own commission ledger. Starter covers up to 3 agents at €79/mo; Growth covers up to 10 at €179/mo; Pro and Scale cover larger teams.

What languages does the app support?+

Eight languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese. The UI auto-switches to the agent's device language. Customer-facing quote pages can be in any of the eight, independent of the agent's language.

Can agents see commissions in real time?+

Yes. Commissions update the moment Shopify marks an invoice paid. Agents see pending earnings at the top of the dashboard, paid history below, and per-order detail. Native push fires when a new commission is booked.

What's the difference vs SparkLayer?+

Soryk is the only native iOS + Android sales rep app for Shopify B2B. SparkLayer is a browser-based portal with no offline mode, no native push, and no live commission tracking. Soryk also has zero database lock-in: orders live in Shopify, never a third-party DB. See the full comparison.

Is the app native or a wrapped web view?+

Fully native iOS and Android, distributed through the App Store and Google Play. Native means real push notifications, real offline storage, real device gestures (slide-to-confirm, biometric login), and real performance — not a wrapped website with a thin shell.

How does Soryk handle customer-specific pricing?+

Soryk reads your Shopify B2B price lists directly. Each customer sees only their own contract pricing, volume discounts and currency. Agents never see the wrong price. No external database, no manual mapping.

Does Soryk replace Handshake?+

Yes. Soryk is built specifically as a modern Shopify-native replacement for Handshake (sunset by Shopify in 2024). We provide free migration tooling for catalog, customer book and pricing rules, plus a 30-day onboarding service for teams over 10 agents.

Can agents send quotes from the app?+

Yes. Agents save any cart as a quote, send a public accept-link to the customer by email or SMS, and receive a native push the moment the customer accepts. The quote becomes a Shopify draft order with one tap. The customer never installs anything.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes — 14-day free trial, no credit card required, real Shopify data. Install from the Shopify App Store and onboard your first three agents in under an hour. Cancel anytime; nothing leaves Shopify.

What hardware do agents need?+

Any iPhone (iOS 15 or later) or Android phone (Android 9 or later). Tablets work but are optional. Most teams run on agents' existing personal devices — no fleet of company tablets required, no MDM policy to write.

Get the Soryk app into your reps' pockets today.
