Do you offer an SLA?
Best-effort 99.5% target. We monitor 24/7 but we do not sign contractual SLAs. We're indie — and honest about it.
Do you offer phone support?

What if I exceed my agent or buyer limit?
We notify you. Either upgrade tier, or pay usage-based: +€12/mo per extra agent, +€1/mo per extra Direct buyer, +€0.20 per extra order on Direct.

How does annual billing work?

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?

What about VAT and how do I cancel?
Prices exclude VAT. EU customers with valid VAT ID are reverse-charged. Cancel by uninstalling from Shopify — your data stays in Shopify, untouched.
Is the native iOS + Android app included on every plan?
Yes. All five plans — Direct, Starter, Growth, Pro and Scale — include the native iOS app on the Apple App Store and the native Android app on Google Play. We don't gate the mobile binary behind enterprise tiers. The app installs directly from the stores; sales reps and B2B customers download the same listing and the role flips at login.
What is the difference between Direct and Starter?
Direct (€49/mo) is customer-only — your B2B buyers download the app and reorder. There's no agent mode at all. Starter (€79/mo) unlocks agent mode for up to 3 sales reps using the same app, with role-based UI at login. If you have any field reps, you need Starter or above. You can upgrade Direct → Starter anytime; the agent module activates instantly.
When should I move from Growth to Pro?
Move to Pro when you cross 10 sales reps, when you need geo polygon territory management with AI audit, when you want a manager hierarchy with commission overrides, or when your shop pushes past 10,000 orders/month. Pro also raises API rate limits and adds the Redis-mirrored audit log for tampering detection.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
Self-onboarding is free. Optional async-first packages start at €499 (App Quick Setup if Shopify B2B is already configured) or €1,200 (Complete B2B Setup from scratch). The Scale tier includes a 90-minute founder-led onboarding session — in italiano if you prefer.
Can I migrate from SparkLayer, Pepperi or Handshake?
Yes — Custom Migration is quote-only, typically €2,000–€8,000 depending on data complexity, history depth and integration needs. Capacity is intentionally capped at 1-2 projects per month so we deliver each one well. See migration services →
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing. Soryk stores zero data outside Shopify metaobjects — uninstall and your customers, products, orders, prices and history all stay in your Shopify store. Optional Redis-mirrored audit log archives can be exported as JSON before cancellation. No lock-in, ever.
Do I need Shopify Plus to use Soryk?
No. Since April 2026, Shopify B2B native features are available on all paid Shopify plans (Basic at $39/mo, Grow at $105/mo, Advanced at $299/mo, and Plus). Soryk works on all of them. For most B2B use cases, the cheapest paid plan is enough.
What's the difference between Basic and Plus for Soryk?
All Soryk features work identically on any paid Shopify plan. The differences come from Shopify B2B itself: non-Plus plans cap active catalogs at 3, while Plus has unlimited. Customer-specific pricing for 100+ unique buyers and partial payment workflows are also Plus-only. For most B2B operations, the catalog cap doesn't matter.
Is Soryk really a native iOS and Android app?
Yes. Native iOS app on Apple App Store, native Android app on Google Play. Real native binaries, not a wrapper around a website. Both apps include offline mode, push notifications, and native gestures.
