Pick a plan by how many agents you run and which features you need. You can change plan at any time from the Billing page; upgrades take effect immediately and limits are enforced live in the app.

Buyer companies are unlimited on every plan. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price, which works out to roughly two months free. On Scale, annual also waives the one-time setup fee.
Running several stores on Scale? Multi-brand pricing applies automatically: 3 or more shops take 20% off the total bill, 5 or more take 30%, and 10 or more take 40%.
What each plan unlocks
Features are gated per plan. When you open a feature your plan doesn't include, the app shows an upgrade prompt instead of the feature, and the corresponding API returns a machine-readable PLAN_UPGRADE_REQUIRED response with the plan you'd need.

Add-ons bill on top of your plan and let you buy a single capability without jumping a full tier. They are included natively on the plans shown, so you never pay twice.

Manager Mode adds the manager hierarchy, team overrides and delegated ordering. Visit Forms adds the custom visit form builder and reports. Custom Branding (light) replaces Soryk's logo and colour in the app and emails. The Extra Languages Pack adds four locales on top of the standard eight on customer-facing surfaces.
Managing your subscription
Open Billing in the admin to see your current plan, the agents and catalogs you're using against your limit, and to switch plan or toggle add-ons. The plan picker has a monthly / annual toggle. "Manage subscription" opens the Shopify billing portal, where charges and cancellation live.
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no card. The trial is consumed on your first subscription and is not re-granted if you later downgrade, so you don't lose or double up on trial time when changing plans.
Scale carries a one-time €299 setup fee for the dedicated app build. It is waived on annual billing, and it is tracked so you're never charged it twice if you re-subscribe.
Agent and catalog limits
Limits are enforced live, not just at checkout:
- Agents. Direct is buyer-only; Starter allows 3 agents, Growth 10, Pro and Scale unlimited. If a downgrade puts you over the limit, Soryk keeps your oldest active agents enabled by creation order and blocks the excess at login rather than deleting anyone. Re-enable them by upgrading or by deactivating others.
- Catalogs. Direct allows 3 catalogs, Starter 5, and Growth and up are unlimited. The cap counts active catalogs, so pausing a catalog frees a slot. See Catalogs & price lists.
Downgrading is safe but enforced. Nothing is deleted when you drop a plan. Over-limit agents and catalogs are paused, and gated features become read-only prompts until you upgrade again. Your data stays in Shopify throughout.
